Wild Spirit Canine Training 🐾

At Wild Spirit Canine Training, we know that every dog is an individual. Whether you’re welcoming a new puppy, struggling with challenging behaviors, or simply wanting a stronger relationship with your dog, we’re here to help.

Our approach goes beyond obedience. We focus on understanding the dog in front of us, confidence building, improving communication amongst human and dog, and creating practical skills that make everyday life easier for both ends of the leash.

From puppy foundations and life skills to behavior modification for reactivity, fear, separation-related concerns, resource guarding, and more, our goal is always the same: helping dogs and their people live better together.

Training Camp Adventures! 🐾

Storm and his puppy friend Sig have been hard at work during their board and train stay with us! From learning foundational skills like sit, down, stay, and place to building confidence through healthy separation exercises, crate training, and socialization. these pups are gaining valuable life skills while having plenty of fun along the way.

Our puppy board and train programs focus on more than just the basics, we help puppies develop confidence, handler engagement, and the ability to navigate the world successfully. Every day includes structured training sessions, mental stimulation and enrichment activities, socialization opportunities, potty training, and plenty of time to just be a puppy (which means lot of rest too).

Whether you’re looking to get your puppy started on the right paw or need help tackling specific challenges, we’re here to help build a strong foundation for a lifetime of success.

Welcome Max to Wild Spirit Canine Training!

We’re also a bit behind on sharing updates, so over the coming weeks we’ll be catching up on introducing many of the boarding guests and training clients we’ve had the pleasure of working with over the last few months. We can’t wait to share their stories and progress with you!

Max is staying with us through our Behavior Boarding program, which is designed specifically for dogs who have sensitivities. Our goal is to provide a safe, structured, and low-stress environment while meeting each dog’s individual behavioral and emotional needs.

We’re excited to have Max with us and look forward to helping him feel comfortable, confident, and successful during his stay!

After years of helping dogs and their humans build stronger relationships, we’re excited to announce that Jolly Dog Training is becoming Wild Spirit Canine Training!

This new name reflects the heart of what we believe about dogs and the work we do every day.

To us, a dog’s wild spirit is the part of them that makes them unique. Their instincts, drive, personality, and natural behaviors. We believe dogs thrive when they’re given opportunities to engage in genetically appropriate activities, explore their environment, and have their physical, mental, and emotional needs met through enrichment and purposeful training.

We strive to help dogs become the best version of themselves while helping their humans better understand and navigate life with them. Training isn’t just about teaching behaviors, it’s about building a relationship rooted in trust.

What’s changing?
