Hello everyone! 👋
Due to new federal regulations around text messaging, we wanted to clear up how we use texts at the shop.

We do not send advertising or promotional texts. The only automated text we send is a one-time message if it’s been more than 6 weeks (or your normal grooming frequency) and you don’t have a future appointment scheduled. This helps us catch situations where an appointment may not have been booked at checkout or was accidentally missed. We also send appt reminders 5days before, 2days and day before.

Per the new regulations, that message now includes the option to opt out by replying “STOP.”
Please note: opting out will remove you from all automated text messages, including appointment reminders.

Even if you choose to opt out of text reminders, our 24-hour cancellation policy still applies.

As always, we truly appreciate you and are happy to help with scheduling anytime — just give us a call or text the shop. 🐾💙
