We’ve had a few staff changes recently, so grooming times may take a little longer than usual. If you’re on a tight schedule, please let us know in advance so we can do our best to accommodate. Right now it’s just our small crew holding things down, and we’re working hard to get back to everyone through texts, Facebook messages, emails, and phone calls. If you call, please be sure to leave a voicemail—we’ll return it as soon as we can.
In the meantime, we’re adjusting the schedule. This may mean some appointments will need to be moved around, and if that happens, we’ll reach out to you directly. Online booking is also temporarily turned off while we get everything sorted.
We encourage booking a couple of appointments ahead when you pick up your pup since spots are a little more limited right now.
