4X4 Reptile Rescue Helping lizards that are sick or need a new home no questions asked

07/19/2026

Reminder as the temp/outside is almost reptile approved your family member still needs to be watched. I’m sure everyone knows how fast they are when you look away even for a second! As always there are many Reptile Rescues in the area or close by that can help you, if needing to relocate your pet due to the new rules/laws of the county/state or a change in the home, 4x4 Reptile along with a few others have a no questions asked policy its there so no one has to be embarrassed about the change in home. Please….Please do no let them loose outside, a reptile in captivity does not due well in the wild. Love your pet enough to find a home for them or choose a responsible reptile rescue over abandoning to the outside world they don’t know.

That being said:

1. Recently found a red foot tortoise cruising the grass around the area of Park Rapids

2. A ball python was found abandoned in an apartment for around 2 months with no power

If you Have lost an animal that fits these descriptions or know someone who has please email or call. 4x4 Reptile Rescue will need a picture of you holding it with the markings on it showing proof of ownership.

Thanks for your time
