Dear Valued Friends and Customers,
It’s taken me a while to find the words to share this, but it’s time.
On March 23, my wife and I woke up to our garage and attic engulfed in smoke and flames. We were able to get all three dogs out safely and evacuate, but watching our home surrounded by fire trucks was something we will never forget. The response from the fire department was incredible, they were truly amazing and professional in a moment of chaos. When we were finally able to get back inside, our top priority was saving what we could, especially our corals. Most of the animals were able to be saved and rehomed, but the farm will be out of commission until the building is able to be restored, the systems can be restarted, and the animals safely acclimated into their new home. Unfortunately, this event has made a large impact on our business and we hope to resume business as usual as soon as possible.
These past few weeks have been incredibly difficult as we have relived that morning and started the long process of picking up the pieces. Thanks to the help of some great friends at & ,all of the animals have been taken in and cared for. We are forever grateful for that support. Right now, we’re continuing to sort through what remains, cleaning and salvaging what we can before we begin rebuilding. With every tragedy comes the hope for a new beginning. We will be back— Providing you beautiful corals, amazing customer service, and expert shipping remains our number one priority. We’ve never been more committed to exceeding your expectations, Thank you to all of our loyal customers over the past 10 years. We are working tirelessly to recover and resume normal operations, and will be updating you on the progress over the next few weeks.
To everyone who has reached out, helped, brought food, or simply checked in especially & . Your kindness, generosity, and friendship mean more to us than we can ever express.
