This September, we are shining the spotlight on Monica, one of our dedicated veterinary assistants who has been part of our team for about 10 months. Monica is a responsible young lady you can always count on. She is eager to help whenever there is a need. Her passion for animals is truly remarkable and clearly visible. Monica plans to pursue a lifelong career as either a Veterinarian or a Certified Veterinary Technician. We have thoroughly enjoyed observing the growth she has experienced at our practice.

We are late in posting our the Spotlight Employee for August. This honor goes to our Veterinary Assistant, Gabriella. Dependability is a hallmark of Gabriella's character, and her unwavering commitment to her work is matched only by her compassion. She possesses a heart of gold, which shines through in her interactions with our patients. Gabriella has an innate ability to connect with animals, providing them with the comfort and care they need during their visits. Her gentle demeanor and attentive nature make her a favorite among both our furry patients and their owners, as she consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that everyone feels valued and understood. When we started wearing different colored uniforms each day, we had a meaning for each color. On Fridays we celebrate "Red Friday" as a way to allow both military families and civilians to express their solidarity and support for all military members, no matter their rank or stationed location.

Today our doctors who always wear red on Fridays took it up a notch and had a major triplet moment from head to toe. Hope you can tell Dr's. Kanzler, Harper and Claunch apart.😊

Vicki is our Spotlight Employee for July, boasting more than 30 years of experience with our practice. She is a versatile asset within our clinic, having taken on roles ranging from assisting to administration and everything in between. Her presence is that of a responsible and calming influence in our practice. With her expertise in veterinary medical terminology and business accounting, she truly embodies the best of both worlds. We are incredibly grateful to have had Vicki as part of our practice for so many devoted years.

Today was a joyful yet bittersweet day at our clinic.
It was our wonderful receptionist Journie’s last day with us, as she and her husband prepare to move back to Hawaii to begin their next chapter.
Journie has been an essential part of our front office team for the past year, bringing warmth, kindness, and a welcoming smile to everyone who walked through our doors.
While we’re sad to see her go, we’re excited for all the new adventures that await her.
She will be deeply missed by both staff and clients alike—mahalo, Journie, and best wishes on your journey ahead!
