🚨🚨🚨 -Friendly reminder- 🚨🚨🚨
Many of our clients are in the thick of calving season, and that means Dr. Nathan may be called out to help assist at a moments notice. Emergencies come up, things happen and we do our best to attend to these things as timely as possible. Yes, we will continue to schedule routine veterinary care appointments but we ask for patience and understanding if we call and ask for rescheduling or letting you know he will be delayed.
To bring this full circle, you can get upset that we may be late to your scheduled appointment one day, but know that you may have an emergency the next and we would still do our best to be there ASAP.
That being said, if you have an emergency, please LEAVE A MESSAGE. There are times that he is already attending to an emergency and is not able to answer the phone. If it’s not important enough to leave a message, then it can probably wait until regular business hours.
