TERMS OF SERVICE

PAYMENT & SHIPPING

You must use PayPal to submit your order. Please either choose “family and friends” OR add an extra 3% to your total if you choose “goods and services.” Reign of Invertebrates can only ship to the 48 contiguous United States. In order for me to ship, your temperatures must be between 40 and 85 degrees. I charge a flat rate for FedEx shipping AS LONG AS you meet the minimum order of $40 (not including shipping). If you do not meet this requirement, shipping will be calculated based on your zip code (it will be more). For those who meet the minimum order, FedEx priority overnight costs $50 (LAG or Live Arrival Guarantee included) and FedEx 2-day is $25 (LAG only for roaches, isopods, and a few other less sensitive species). Orders of $150 or more ship for free. Shipping is non-refundable. Boxes are always insulated and packaged with any necessary heat/cold packs.

LAG & DOA POLICY

In order for LAG to apply to your order, you must meet several criteria. First, the package must be signed for on its first delivery attempt (if you will not be home to receive your animals, have them held for pickup at a nearby FedEx facility). Also, you must notify me within four hours of arrival if there are any dead on arrival animals. You must provide photographic evidence (please pin the dead inverts as proof). There are several options from there. You can request a refund for the deceased (once again, shipping is non-refundable), you can request that I send a replacement (buyer must cover shipping), or I can give you store credit towards your next purchase. I am not responsible for carrier delays.

VENOMOUS ARACHNID DISCLAIMER

Most arachnids and some insects possess venom to kill their prey. While a vast majority of them are no more harmful to a person than a bee, there are several species that I sell that are considered medically significant and are marked as so. Please do your research and exercise caution when dealing with venomous animals. I am not responsible for what you do with your invertebrates once they are shipped. No medically significant species will be sold to minors.
