We are at our 1st rabbit show that we have 2 entries. They places 2nd and 3rd for Jr. Satin Angora Doe out of 3. It, from what I'm told will give them a leg towards grand champion. It's a start!.

The kits have reached 6 weeks old and are doin well, despite the temperatures being over 95F. Today, Opal will start getting a break as we wean, and determine the number of does and bucks in the litter, the kits.🐰🐰

Okay funny story.
3 of our English Angoras were getting playfully noisy. I turned my flashlight on them. All 3 stopped looked around for a spot, went to the spot they looked at and and laid down as if they knew they were in trouble. Lol

Since the heat is on, all the English Angoras outside were sheared last weekend. The Satin Angoras out side are enjoying ice bottles (at least for now). One of the kits figured it out. A frozen bottle on each side. I hope early May tempatures being close to the 100s isn't an indication to what summer we can expect.

Well, it is a sad day at MaeRoy. Our first bunny stopped eating a couple of days ago although she did eat some parsley yesterday this morning we found that she had passed. Goodbye Snowfall Blessings. You were the start of our joy and happiness of bunnies. You will be missed. My heart is broken and the tears are flowing. We love you Snowfall.
