🚨 Community PSA: Important Notice About Cat Trapping in Bowman, ND 🚨 💸 $5 Friday 💸
We want to make our community aware that several locations within Bowman city limits are currently setting live traps with the intent to euthanize any cats—whether stray or owned—that become trapped.

If you are aware of these situations, please report this to the police as this is not legal to trap and euthanize an animal because it is on your property within city limits.

If you have a problem with animals running at large or becoming a nuisance, you can also report this so it can be handled appropriately.

💔 We understand how upsetting this is for pet owners and animal lovers, and we encourage everyone to take steps to protect your cats.

🏠 Keep your pets indoors whenever possible — this is the only way to ensure their safety.

📋 Register your pets with the City of Bowman and make sure they are up to date on licenses and vaccinations.

📜 Review Bowman’s city ordinances regarding animal control and leash laws here: Bowman City Ordinances – Chapter 11.

💸 Donate to help us get our new facility up and running and for our continued TNR efforts!

NORTH DAKOTA RAISE FOR RESCUES is two weeks of online giving, raising money for animals AND raising awareness of the plight of stray, abandoned, and neglected pets in our state.
