Maatkare Hatshepsut Bulldog Chapter The Bulldog Chapter of SWING PHI SWING Social Fellowship, Inc. (R) was founded in 1971 at Bowie State College where the first line was "The Dynamic 14".

After a period of absence, Sister Ayanna Holcomb, hailing from the Gendaga Bimisha Tabu Chapter at Lincoln University, PA, felt there was a dire need for SWING to be back on Bowie State University's campus. She and Chapter Sister Founder, Tanya Green Deshield's, renamed the chapter the Maatkare Hatshepsut Bulldog Chapter, and worked diligently on arranging a reactivation line. That line came to fruition in 2004.
