This cabbage was an absolute delight to curate the 'Green on the Side' segment for Juneteenth on Main Street with and

Its always something and yes I left something essential at home. Adjustments were made, delicious maybe little over peppered this side.

You can't beat 25mg of total sodium per serving!

Our plants are so happy 😊

I decided to get things transplanted and planted in the raised beds that are ready.

I only got 3 of the 5 planted before having to resume mom & wife responsibilities.

Yesterday I also prayed with this beautiful strawberry moon. I couldn't harvest strawberries yet because my hens ate them all up before they really took off.

I have them covered now so praying to get some strawberries too.

Truly I'm just soo appreciative to have the ability to live this life.

Sweating out in the yard this morning. Got a good bit done before and after the rain.

I live for yard work after the rain, makes w**d pulling so much easier.

Something I learned while living in Bowie in the late 80s.

I'm a 1st Generation 5th Regenerational Baker, Farmer and Homesteader

Working off muscle memory because single family upkeep is much different than city, apartment and townhouse living.
