Reunited, and it feels so good!

Maggie and Murphy, two supermutt (and super cute) strays, were picked up in Louisiana and sent to St. Hubert’s Animal Welfare Center in New Jersey.

Both were adopted there, 1 year apart. And then, both were given Embark DNA tests.

Using Embark’s new Relative Finder, the owners discovered that Maggie and Murphy were (wait for it) mother and son!

Meet Dahlia! She is one of over 40 dogs from Furgiven Animal Sanctuary in West Memphis, Arkansas who have tested with Embark. The sanctuary specializes in dogs who need “second, second chances.”

For Dahlia, and many dogs like her, that means identifying their underlying disability and providing rehabilitation equipment and lots of love.

Meet Ginny 🐾✨

Ginny was rescued from a shelter in the U.S. and brought to Canada where she entered a foster home. She was adopted from the Canadian rescue agency and was picked up on Family Day in 2024. 🤍

Ginny is the most loving, playful, spunky dog you will ever meet. She lives for playing and snuggling her humans. She is silly, happy, and full of energy! 😍

Ginny loves to play fetch, tug, or any games. She loves going on camping trips and being in water. 🎾 🏕️ 🌊

Her family did not expect the french bulldog! 🤯 They thought for sure she would have some terrier in her.
