Millie has been coming to Pawsh for grooming for over 12 years, always with Jenny. Over a decade ago, Millie's mom wanted to improve her experience so she started dropping in just to say hello and grab a treat so Millie's association with our front door didn't always guarantee a trip to the dreaded bathtub. It was thoughtful and helped ease Millie's mind when the real grooming days came around.

Today, Millie stopped by for a treat and to say goodbye. Millie still thought she was going to get groomed but she got her treat and we hugged and shed some tears. This time it was more for us than for her and the thoughtfulness behind this visit was a perfect summary of why dogs mean so much to all of us.

Thanks for stopping by so much, Millie. We will miss you.

It's been a minute....actually over 8 million minutes since we opened in 2008. A lot has changed but we've been super fortunate to have longevity as a business. We only wish our dogs had more longevity. We are working on that....stay tuned 😉.
