Happy Monday, frens! Let’s start this week off by welcoming our newest WEW pack member, Juno! This adorable boy is 3 years old and was part of a massive rescue mission by the and to rehome over 4000 Beagles that were bred and held for research. Despite having a rough start to life, Juno is the sweetest and happiest boy. He’s been loving his pack walks and meeting new friends! We’re so lucky to have him!!!

This is a stark reminder that animal testing/research is alive and well in the United States. Thankfully, the Envigo facility where Juno came from was shut down by the government and ordered to pay a $35 million fine for neglect 👏👏👏

Absolutely swooning!!! Welcome to the pack, Sosa!! 💕 This sweet girl is a 3 year old golden doodle who just moved here from Syracuse! She’s getting used to life in Boston and will be joining our Alcott squad on packs walks soon to get more acclimated! Yay! 🙌

A little about her:
“Hi everyone! I’m Caroline and I’m super excited to be joining the WEW family 🐶 I currently live in Somerville and I grew up with a yellow lab rescue. I love dogs of all sizes and their individual personalities 💛. I can’t wait to meet all of the furry friends and their owners!“

We’re beyond thrilled to have Caroline on our team and can’t wait for a super fun summer with your pups!

He’s estimated to be about 6 or 7 years old and is a lab mix rescue! We are looking forward to introducing Gus to some pack walks this summer!

residents can also drop off donations to the Alcott leasing office thru Dec 31st!

Oh em gee y’all, look at this precious boy!! Please join me in welcoming Boomer to the pack!! This is our walker Meg’s first dog and he was adopted through an organization that rehomes golden retrievers!! He is about 5 months old and just made it to Boston over the weekend! I had the pleasure of meeting him and is sooooo sweet and squishy!! Be sure to say hi if you see him around!! 💙💙
