Cash, my rescue heart dog. I found Survivor Tail Animal Rescue by chance. They had an event at one of stores I frequent in town and I decided to go over and check them out even though I wasn’t ready for another dog. I kept my heart open and checked their page regularly for new dogs that they were rescuing from the South. This is how I first saw Cash .
🐶 1. You’re Saving a Life
Every year, millions of dogs end up in shelters, and sadly, not all of them find homes. By adopting, you're giving a dog a second chance at life, love, and safety.
💕 2. Unmatched Gratitude and Loyalty
Rescue dogs often form deep bonds with their adopters. Many people say their rescue pup knows they were saved—and they show it with loyalty, affection, and a special kind of love.
🏠 3. You’re Fighting Back Against Puppy Mills
Adopting helps combat the cruel practices of puppy mills and reduces demand for unethical breeders. You’re taking a stand against animal exploitation.
💸 4. It’s More Affordable
Adoption fees are typically much lower than buying from a breeder, and rescues often come spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped—saving you money upfront.
🐾 5. You’re Giving a Dog a Home They Deserve
Every dog deserves a warm bed, belly rubs, and a human to love. When you adopt, you’re giving them what they may have never had: a family.
🌎 6. You’re Part of the Bigger Picture
Adopting frees up shelter space for another animal in need. You're not just saving one life—you’re helping more animals get a shot at adoption.
💛 7. So Many Amazing Dogs Need Homes
From playful puppies to mellow seniors, purebreds to lovable mutts—there's a rescue dog for every lifestyle. You can find your perfect match.
