Shih Tzu care
The Shih Tzu is a dog that can live in an apartment or in a country house. He likes to always be in the company of his family and he should live indoors, even if he goes outside to play.

He is not a very active dog, so it is enough for him to take small walks every day.

It is a breed sensitive to high temperatures, so it should be kept in a room with air conditioning or fans on very hot days.

You should be careful with heights, since it is a dog that likes to jump from your arms or from furniture. You are not afraid to do it and it is easy for these jumps to end up causing you some serious injury. The fall is usually head-on and can even lead to a concussion.

The Shih Tzu is docile and friendly to everyone, but it also needs early socialization and training to develop into a balanced dog. He is a somewhat difficult dog to train. With him, cage training works well.

To keep your hair in perfect condition, you should brush and detangle it daily.
