Yesterday evening, one of my beautiful kittens came to see me with her parents She was getting all glamorous for her first show this weekend with her new mom and dad.
Adelynn and I were both so happy to see her and were so excited that her parents are going to show her!💕

Cats at CFA cat shows are judged according to a written breed standard, which defines the ideal example of each breed. It's important to understand that the cats are not actually judged against each other! Instead, judges select the cats that best meet their interpretation of the written standard.

Research at North Carolina State College of Vet Med led by Joshua Stern, DVM, PhD, DACVIM (Cardiology), and funded in part by EveryCat Health Foundation's Ricky Fund, has shown that the drug rapamycin can reverse hypertrophic cardiomyopathy in cats!

EveryCat Health Foundation and NC State College of Veterinary Medicine & Veterinary Hospital will be presenting a feline health symposium, "Health Breakthroughs For Every Cat: Focusing on Future Therapies for Feline Heart Disease and Beyond" April 26th and 27th, 2025 at the NC State College of Veterinary Medicine in Raleigh, NC.

Our second show in January was a CFA show. I really enjoy showing my cats in both associations so I can learn from other breeders and judges so that I can make sure I’m improving the quality of the breed. This was a fun weekend with a costume class, Agility, the regular show rings and the spectators. I loved letting all the kids pet and play with my cats and kittens.

I’m so very Proud of my sweet Autumn/Camo for earning all these titles! She got her full coat of curls back and has done very well showing. 💕🎉

Little late posting, as I’ve been busy living life. My cats and kittens did extremely well at the TICA show in early January. We had a great time and I’m very proud of my Devons.
