I want to thank my customers who have been by my side when I was in hospital for 2 days this week and found out I have
1) colitis
2)gastroenteritis
3)umbilical hernia
4) 18mm cyst on my left o***y
5) having issues with my heart

So thank you for understanding when it comes to rescheduling the appointments for gastro doctor, primary doctor, ob doctor, and cardiologist

As a dog groomer we don't target any individual we are just honest with what happens behind closed doors with pets. As a dog groomer of 23+ years I've been bitten scratched thrown to the ground have back shoulder neck and knee issues from it. I do not let that stop me from grooming dogs.
I deleted my last post about an injury endured because someone wrote on there thinking I was targeting them but I was not. Actually don't even know the individual.

I wanted to let customers know with having a dog on a grooming schedule can better their behavior in the long run and get them use to process so they don't hurt theirselves or the groomer.

I love what I do. I love helping animals. And I wouldn't be where I'm at today if it wasnt for my customers. I wouldn't have the clients I have if I didn't put in the efforts I did for their pets.

Please understand just because I make a post about an injury I endured and talked about routine of grooming for your pets doesnt mean for once I am targeting anyone. Everyone has their schedules they keep too with their pets. But me as a groomer want to see the dogs succeed and do good in everything they come in life with. I know not every dog is going to be perfect. And that's why I take them on. I love what I do for a reason.

As a courtesy to my business if you need to cancel your appointment please do 48hrs prior. As it's a inconvenience to us when doing it last minute and it doesn't give us enough time to fill in the slot. If we do not get 48hr notice we will charge for the slot we lost. If you refuse to pay.
