Overnight stay in the client's home, drop-in visits, hourly sitting, and pet transport are all available services. She began house and farm sitting in 1984, and is comfortable and experienced with both small animals (cats, dogs, birds and reptiles) and farm animals (horses, cows, goats, alpacas, llamas and chickens). Creature Comforts offers comprehensive service. Paula will either stop by to care

for animals several times daily, or stay overnight in the home. (Most owners prefer the latter, knowing that their pets are more comfortable in familiar surroundings.) Creature Comforts offers reliable service, reasonable rates, and references. Although Paula's primary service area is the greater Boothbay Region, she is open to jobs further afield. Creature Comforts has an affordable base rate for house pets and another for farm animals. Prices may vary slightly depending on the total number of animals requiring care, as well as special needs. We have three Barn Cats available for adoption at our Brunswick Campus! 🐱

If you live on a property that could use some natural pest control, consider adopting a barn cat! Barn cats are not your typical adoption candidates. They prefer minimal handling and plenty of independence! Barn cats love the opportunity to “help” by offering their natural instincts and presence in exchange for shelter, food, and a safe place to call their own. A great new home for a barn cat could be a classic barn or another environment such as a warehouse or plant nursery. 🏚️

All of our available barn cats will be labeled “Barn Buddy” on the Cat Adoption page of our website. Our Brunswick Campus is open every day but Wednesdays from 11am to 3pm.
