Good morning everyone! Moving forward, we will be implementing a “no-show” and late cancellation policy.

If you do not show up to your appointment and fail to notify us, we will charge the full groom price to your card on file. If no card is on file this must be paid before your next appointment can be booked.

If you must cancel your appointment, we require a 24 hour notice. We would be happy to reschedule your appointment for you! Anything less than 24 hours will inquire a 50% fee of the missed groom. We will charge your card on file and if no card is on file we will add the fee to your next appointment. We understand things happen, so this will be a case by case basis.

-All new clients must have a credit/debit card on file.

Also, we do require proof of rabies vaccine. It is a NYS law that dogs be up to date on their rabies vaccine.
