The Adventurous Canines We are four, sometimes more, goofy canines that are up to no good and enjoying endless adventures. Clooney was the beginning of our story.

Our mom is a dedicated advocate for the adopt don't shop movement and fosters as many animals as possible. It all started in 2016 when our mom adopted the silver fox we know and love, Clooney. Clooney was pulled by a dear friend and was adopted by our family from a local animal shelter in Gastonia, N.C. Having Clooney around made us realize that so many animals in shelters need good homes to go to

. Therefore, our mom began to work diligently in spreading the word about homeless pets and volunteering at the local shelter. Thus, our zoo here began to grow. Our family has three permanent residents; Emma, Clooney, and Margaret and one current foster, Nora Sue. I hope you enjoy our rescuing adventures and just plain fun!! Thank you for following
