Meet Lavender! The newest edition to our cattle micro mini cattle family. She is absolutely perfect 😍 18 inches tall and 25lbs, she is our tiniest baby cow born so far. After Blossom’s initial shock of giving birth, she took to being a mama so well! We are so thankful this Thanksgiving, for our happy, healthy, perfect little Lavender. Stories will be flooded with lots of baby cow content- YOU’VE BEEN WARNED! Word of advice if you are looking to purchase a baby cow: make sure you know how the cows are being treated. Make sure you don’t buy from a calf “puppy mill” where they sn**ch the newborn from its mom, so that they can bottle feed the calf. Make sure the breeder isn’t putting the calfs in tiny pens 24 hours a day. Make sure you know how that breeder has treated past customers. And make sure the breeder doesn’t beat his animals! I used to support one of these types of breeding programs before I knew better. But when we know better, we do better. Research your breeder ❤️
