Deborah Ann Farms

Deborah Ann Farms We are a small suburban farm dedicated to organics, education and community empowerment. We offer organically grown vegetable starts, seeds and produce.

Deborah Ann grew up in Crookston, a small agricultural town in northwestern Minnesota. In her early 20's she moved to Washington state where she began her career in childcare to which she devoted much of her life. In 2015 she was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer and in researching different cancer treatments we all learned a lot about nutrition and how it could have prevented the rapid progression

of her disease. Unfortunately, by the time the cancer was discovered it had already spread throughout her body. Nine months later Deb passed away surrounded by her sister Carolyn, her husband Jon and daughters Arden, Emma, and Josephine. Her life was devoted to the growth and development of children and we'd like to extend her legacy of love and education. Our purpose is to educate and inspire people to grow their own nutritionally dense, organic fruits and vegetables. We've started this little suburban farm on our 1/3 acre to provide that for our family and those in our community. We hope to partner with local schools to start gardens and teach children that they have the power to grow their own food and in turn inspire and help create the next generation of organic farmers. We are passionate about sharing the knowledge we've gained and continue to gain as we ride this adventure. Thank you for taking the time to check us out!
