Alrighty yall! I have sent out appointments for everyone I had written down! If you DID NOT GET an appointment text, please send me a message/text!! I now am booking for the month of May! All dogs that come ever 2/3/4/5/6 weeks will be pre-booked for the year at your appointment!

Im starting to send out appointment messages! The one I'm sending out over the next few days is just letting you know when I have them scheduled and if you need to reschedule please message my number, not the number the text is coming from (the program doesn't allow me to receive texts back)! Then another message will be sent out 24 hours as a reminder!

Hi everyone!!! I have a new system I've been playing with that sends out reminders via text/email!! I will be sending one out 72 hours before your appointment day with the date and time and you have up to 24 hours before the appointment to reschedule! I am also doing a price increase over the board as well! This new system also allows you to book appointments online! If you like to have your prebooked appointments I am able to do that for the FULL YEAR! And can print those dates out for you! I'm so excited about these new things in the works!

Tossing the idea around of a diaper/wipe raffle for free grooms/baths? What do my clients think of this?! I will do a drawing for a free bath work up for a box of wipes and a free groom for a box of diapers every 5 weeks? Every 2 months go up a size? Let me know if this would be something yall would be interested in ❤️

Many of our close friends already know, but Chad and I are expecting our first baby in February 2025! Starting in October, I will be unable to accept any new dogs, or large dogs that are not on a schedule until at least April 2025. This is for my safety! I am also already booking into September, so please get an appointment now if you're going to need your dogs groomed then! I'm also STRONGLY encouraging people to prebook, and those who are already on a schedule I will be booking your appointments for the rest of the year! If you prebook and want to make sure your appointment is before Thanksgiving/Christmas just send me a message and I will be happy to accommodate you and get your pups scheduled for a certain day/time! Remember pre-booking allows me to accommodate you and what best works for your schedule! I can't thank you all enough for your continued support as my little business wouldnt be what it is without YOU!

Just want to start out by saying how thankful and blessed I am to have all of my wonderful clients!!! I've shortened my amount of dogs per day several months ago, and now it's catching up since the weather has warmed up! So I'm highly reccomending everybody prebook at least 4-8 weeks to ensure your dog has an appointment in your wanted time frame, as I'm booked out almost 4 weeks as of now! Again this is a WONDERFUL thing to have BUT I'm getting some upset phone calls because I don't have anything sooner! So PLEASE prebook if at all possible so we can make sure your pups don't go over their normal grooming time frames!! Thank you again I love and cherish every 4 and 2 legged client!

Starting April 1st, 2024 (unless you already have an appointment ignore this) I will have a new set of hours!! They will be as follows:

Monday: 8:30/9:00 am - 2:30 pm
Tuesday: 2:30 pm - 7:00 pm
Wednesday: Closed
Thursday: 830/9:00am - 2:30 pm
Friday: 8:30/9:00am - 2:30 pm
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: I will be open one Sunday a month 9:00 am until last appointment!

***please pickup promptly after your dog is ready, if you are planning to run errands etc, please let me know so that you can do an early drop off and be able to pick up by closing***

***Remember I DO HAVE A CANCELLATION FEE. If you fail to contact me 24 hours BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT, show up more than 15 minutes late, or do not show up at all, there WILL BE A 50% cancellation fee of what your groom would be. This fee WILL BE PAID before you are able to book another appointment***

***I will no longer be answering Facebook messages, text messages, phone calls, or voice-mails during the week after 5:00 pm, or on Sundays or Saturdays! So if you need to cancel your Monday appointment, please please please call on Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00pm to avoid the less than 24 hour cancellation fee. Feel free to send a text or Facebook message after hours, but know they will not be returned until Monday morning! I have had over 8 phone calls last Saturday and Sunday, and this is precious time I spend with my family and friends!***
