Hi there! I wanted to tell you how amazing my experience was today with you all. First of all, Millie looked so cute and you did a great job with her grooming. But your daughter was an angel in disguise for me this evening. When I pulled up to your building and was getting my son out of his carseat, he had a pretty significant choking episode with spit up (he has bad reflux). Thankfully he coughed it up after a few seconds, but the spit up was all over my car and me. When we walked into your office, your daughter greeted us and noticed my son playing with my red wallet, which I told her seems to be his favorite color. He proceeded to spit up more, and she immediately handed me a paper towel and also helped clean it off the floor. A few minutes later she told me I could wait in the car with him. She then came out with a cute red toy, noting his "favorite" color, and a towel with a few packs of wipes, because she noticed my dress was covered in the spit up. I have to tell you, that was the kindest thing and meant so much to me that she noticed those things and helped me like that! I can't wait to come back to you all again soon, and will be telling all of my friends about you! Have a great night! -Ashley
