🙌Holy cow Batman. I’ve lived an entire life these last 4 days. On Thursday I found out I needed new batteries for my 🚐van and let me tell you that took me on a 12 hour adventure. But I didn’t give up.

🤟🏻I called in a favor from an amazing friend/client (ur the best Alex) to install a part that required electrical skills 🥶❄️

🙏I was helped by another small business owner who went above and beyond just because (shout-out interstate batteries in Huxley). They had 4 hard to find batteries in stock they made custom cables AND installed it all 🫶🏻🚐

❤️I even managed to visit the dark side of the 🌔moon (Pink Floyd show at Science Center of Iowa).

🙌This unplanned journey stretched me but now that I’m looking back at all the 😍people who helped me along the way I’m filled with gratitude and renewed grit.

✂️🚐🥶❄️This mobile grooming small business stuff is not for the faint of ❤️heart but each and every day the people I meet and serve make it so worth it. 🙏Thank you to my community for fueling me and helping me when I need it.

It’s so 🥶cold out there today it will bring 🥺tears to your eyes (pic of my teary eyes as proof lol ). After letting my 🚐van warm up for about a half hour it’s nice and toasty. Every night in the ❄️winter I run a space🔥 heater inside my salon the entire time it’s parked and pray nothing freezes. Nothing ⛄️froze last night so I’m all 😆smiles today. ✂️🚐Mobile grooming in Iowa winters is an extreme sport.
