Lucky Horse Equine Rescue is a non-profit organization dedicated to the care of all equines. We invite you to join us in helping horses from all walks of life.

Our Mission is to protect unwanted, abandoned, neglected, or slaughter-bound horses by saving, caring for, and rehabilitating these equines in need and placing them in compatible loving homes where they can lead contented and productive lives. LHER believes that compassion and education are the long-term solutions to improving the lives of all equines.

Oliver is a beautiful 11 year old warmblood gelding looking for a foster home for the next year (there could also be an adoption option to the perfect home) He has the sweestest personality and absolutely loves attention and to be groomed, bathed, dotted on etc… loves friends and would make a great companion! Loving home wanted…

Well I’m sad about this but Finn really does need a new home. I LOVE this dog. Incredibly gentle. He is the best cuddler, just happy to be near you, so quiet, you don’t even know he’s there. Infinitely patient with my other dogs especially the puppy who is tiny and offensive lol. Low energy but also happy to play. Loves car rides. Gets along with everyone EXCEPT a cat that runs. He and my two cats just aren’t doing well and while we are working on it I’m just too worried. He’s SUCH a good boy. 8 year old black mouth cur rescued from Florida. Please contact me if you know of an amazing home for him. He’s up to date on everything and heart worm negative and is perfect to do everything with. If you want to add a little joy and loving to your life. This is your guy. ♥️

Cupid has been a top-notch show pony for many years who is now looking for an easier life as a companion or lead line pony. He’s the kindest, safest, and easiest pony you could ask for! Can live in or out, alone or with others, and respects all fencing.

Talk about a dynamic duo!

Forrest and Pippin are 11-year-old Miniature Horses rescued from the feedlot as foals. They have done various outings to homes for the elderly, Tractor Supply, children's centers, etc as part of our Outreach Program. We would love to see them continue to serve the community in a similar manner. They love meeting new people, dressing up in costumes, and bringing smiles to those around them. We would also be happy to see them go together somewhere as cherished pets. Forrest and Pippin are a bonded pair who have been together their entire lives and must stay together. They are friendly, easy-keepers who are looking for a very special forever home. Come and meet them! References required, reasonable adoption fee.

SPOTLIGHT TIME:
ASPEN
A beautiful TB that looks like a warm blood. This guy has personality plus with the looks to boot. There has been a lot of interest in Aspen but it's his turn for the SPOTLIGHT! 😍
EASY W/T/C and jump. Canters smoothly around a course but also enjoys the trails. All around awesome! Would love a low key home where he can soak up the love he deserves.

ADOPT ME! I am so excited to share an update on this fantastic lady. Meet Faith- Faith has been enjoying her training and has progressed immensely. She is great WTC and has started over fences. She absolutely loves to work! Faith is VERY comfortable on the trails (alone or in a group). Talk about a snuggle bug! This gal has an A+ personality. Faith is ready for her forever home.
