On the Edge Knife ON THE EDGE KNIFE SHARPENING was formed in 2008, when I decided to focus more on what makes me happy in life - working with my hands. Call for rates.

I specialize in hand sharpening kitchen knives. I also sharpen scissors, including dog grooming shears, garden tools, other pet grooming tools - sheep shears and other edges. My tools include a whet stone, ceramics and different types of polishing stones. Special arrangements can be made to sharpen onsite . References available upon request. We are located in New England. What state depends on the date.

Ok here is another thought. The four months I am here I can make up a schedule. For example, I go to the town of arlington every 2nd and 3rd Tuesday. And I just go from house to house if people have signed up. And I just work until I’m done. You’re right, it sounds stupid.

OK, here’s my question of the day. I am thinking about working from September to December and traveling the rest of the year. A person the other day suggested that in doing this I would lose all my business. So,my question is, would you guys still come to me in the four months I’m here or would you just find someone else? Because if there isn’t enough business I will just leave and that will be it.
