Update Road has been repaired

Attention all Bolivar Groom Room customers ::
The road you normally take to get to the shop is in horrible condition, I apologize profusely as I have called and asked for it to be repaired several times and nothing has been done .... I know some of yall have had tire damage , needed wheel alignments, and other issues from it , as have I .
I am going to post an alternate way to get to the shop and avoid the issue.
If you are coming from Bolivar direction take the 1st right when you pass Bolivar Ford on Vildo , then take the first left on Hammons Rd , go to the curve and take a right , you will see the shop .
If you are coming from Whiteville take the third road on the left when you pass the Bolivar City limits sign , Vildo Rd,
Then the first left is Hammons , go to curve and you will see the shop on your right..

Attention all customers!!
Please be careful on
Hammons Road when bringing your fur babies to be groomed.
This road is full of large, deep pot holes .
It may be best to turn on Vildo and then on Hammons to avoid damage to your vehicle.

We receive about 50 calls ,texts and messages per day about appointments, and numerous spam and robo calls
If you do not leave a voice-mail we will not return the call ..
Also we stop talking appointments after 5 p.m.
As much as we love our work , we also have a life outside the shop so I do NOT answer the calls and text coming in all hours of the night.
And lastly if the shop is closed please DO NOT come to my house blowing the horn or knocking on the door .
We are 3 weeks booked out.. no exceptions

All 3 groomers are booked up for 3 weeks , we have no work in or walk in spots available. ..
We are very sorry for the delay but we are so thankful for each and every one of our amazing customers.

Effective Feb. 1st there will some changes in our policies.

A price increase goes into effect , and I will be posting the new price list on our page .

We have another awesome groomer here and I can't wait for everyone to meet her . Jimi Green

Due to an excessive amount of no call no shows we will be charging for missed appointments or we will permanently remove the client from our list and add a new client in their place . Emergencies will be the exception to this of course .
As much as we absolutely love our job we are a business and have bills just like everyone else and when someone doesn't show up you cost us money and someone else an appointment that they would have shown up for .

But one thing that will always stay the same is that we love and appreciate each and every one of our amazing customers ♥️

Hey everyone I wanted to let you all know that effective Feb 1, 2025 that we will have a price increase of all services.. please be understanding with us during this transition. This is my first price Increase in 20 years and I absolutely hate to do it , but supplies have increased in cost and we have no other option.
We value each and every one of you and hope you understand.. once the list is complete I will be posting it .

We are completely booked up until after Christmas 🎄
We are extremely busy and have temporarily shut down all appointment making platforms . We will start back taking appointments after Christmas!
We are very sorry we couldn't get everyone in , but we are beyond thankful for our amazing customers that have made this year our busiest year ever.
