Johnny Wags His Tail Johnny Wags is dedicated to Pet Rescuers and advocate for all dogs, cats, and horses and educate pet owners to never hurt or abuse their pets.

We created page, Johnny Wags, in 2013 to honor and support Pet Rescuers. We found Johnny in a local pet rescue just before Christmas, 2011. We were told that he had been abused and was unadoptable. After spending some time with Johnny, we decided to adopt him. It took a long time for him to trust us. At first, he would run from us and hide in the corner. But he enjoyed long walks and run

s in the park. Over time, he began to trust us and would come to us when we showed him the leash. It has been over a year now. He still shows some signs of trauma, but he is now happy with his home. Johnny’s story serves as an example that however you receive a dog, cat or any furry creature whether from a pet store, breeder, animal shelter, or as an adoption from a rescue center to remember that mistreating any furry creature is wrong and must always be stopped so we educate everyone to never hurt an animal. These experiences that Johnny had encountered show a fragile series of events that rested on all the good people who saved him like the animal shelter workers, pet adoptions rescuers and his new pet owners which resulted in a happy ending.
