Meet Brittany — she's been our General Manager at Wagmore for 5 years, and if your dog has ever come home with a new nickname, there's a good chance she gave it to them.
When we say "we know your dog by name," we mean she knows your dog by name. Every one. The regulars, the boarders, the one-eval-and-out-again pups. All of them.
This is what family-run actually looks like. 🐾

7:00 AM. The crew clocks in, kettle goes on, and the first daycare drop-offs hit the door around 7:15.

It looks like a lot of dogs. It is a lot of dogs. But every one of them gets a name-check at the counter, a scan of their notes, and a hand off to the staffer who runs their play group.

The reason your dog seems to know us? Because we actually do know them. 🐾

It's Hill Country July. When the pavement's hitting 130°F+, we run outdoor play in short shifts, keep indoor climate steady, and top up water constantly.

A few reminders that help every dog owner around Boerne right now:
• Walk before 9 AM or after 8 PM
• Test pavement with the back of your hand — 7 seconds is the rule
• Never leave them in the car, even 5 minutes
• Watch for heavy panting + drooling + wobble = call your vet
