We are located 15min North of San Antonio, Tx on 7acres of oak and cedar known as our little piece of heaven. After losing our Great Grey Stallion, Sixes Playmate a couple years ago, we firmly left the Quarter Horse world behind. We are thereby taking a few well deserved years off from breeding and foaling to focus on these 4 girls and their growth and education! We will for sure post lots of phot

os of them as they grow and change and learn and eventually come into their own right! Though no cute foal watches and baby pictures will be coming in the next few years, we will still have lots of things to look forward to!

Our Story

Welcome to MoonWillow Ranch. We are located 30min North of San Antonio, Tx on 7acres of coastal pasture known as the "Williams Ranch homestead". Like everyone else, we have limited our number of broodmares due to the market, but are still standing our Great Grey Stallion, Sixes Playmate, to the public this year. We'd like nothing more than to have his offspring in show homes. Be it halter, race, pleasure, english or western, his bloodlines, talent, and personality will make your day! We breed exclusively for the 3 C's: Charisma, Conformation, and Color. Yes, even color. Six, showing the grey gene has a 50% chance of throwing grey foals when bred to a normal colored mare. Our mares range the spectrum, so when their foals hit the ground, its always a rainbow!

We no longer breed Quarter horse foals for ourselves here at the farm, instead breeding for Friesian sporthorses and warmbloods. For more information on breeding to Six, or our babies, please check our notes section and our albums!!!
