The most important member of our family loves it, his friends and most importantly the love he receives from Ms. Debbie & her staff !

From when he is greeted at the front desk lovingly to his play times to his chic grooming dates with staff ( bath to trim) Mr S. Is happy and so are his parents...

As you know- There are lots of places in town to choose from and it seems that a lot of people have their hands out to offer care for $$.

On a strong recommendation from us - Stop in meet the manager, (Debbie), her experienced round the clock staff and have a tour. You will see the care, love and dedication that it takes to make it a special place - a place you will want a loved member of your family to stay, be groomed and look forward to return every time too!!

Finding this was great for us, the famous Mr. S enjoys all his visits and he always is welcomed like family..

Please pay Deb and her crew a visit , a stay and a groom, we did ... and it's the only place for Mr. S !

My little dog turns into a barking, jumping, exuberant fan of Debbi when we pull into park there.
He can't wait to get groomed by Debbi. ( he hates when I give him baths).
His haircuts and grooming are fabulous and I know he very much enjoys his days there.

I have boarded my dogs with Debbie for years. My first two dogs HATED being boarded, and whenever I used other kennels, they unfailingly went on hunger strikes and came back a few pounds lighter. Thankfully, I was referred to them by someone at the dog park...after their first stay there, my guys actually wagged their tails and pulled me towards the door when we went back! The indoor/outdoor runs are so spacious, and the staff are exceptionally friendly. Debbie, the manager, is very helpful and by the way she greets all the dogs, I can tell she is a genuine dog lover.

I recently took my sister's labradoodle for grooming, and both my sister and I were very impressed. Other places did a standard shave down without taking the time to consult with us first. However, both Debbie and the groomer came out to speak with me to discuss what the best cut would be. They advised a trim as opposed to a shave...and I'm so happy they did. Max looked wonderful, smelled great, and didn't seem stressed out at all when I picked him up!

To Whom It May Concern:

Debb was my supervisor at Townhouse for Dogs and Cats and during that time I benefited from her obvious competency as a manager and leader.

She consistently encouraged the staff to work together as a team while at the same time challenging us to uphold the standards and customer centric values of the business. Debb could always be relied upon to be fair to everyone on staff and I quickly grew to admire her even handed and calm demeanor in the face of various challenges.

In addition what also makes Debb an outstanding manager is she always communicated high, but realistic benchmarks to ensure that the team’s overall performance meet organizational expectations, which always made me feel as though I was being expertly guided to do my job well.
