Update: We have air and the shop is cooling off! We’ll be back normal time tomorrow! 🐾❤️🥹

Unfortunately, our air conditioning system is currently experiencing issues and is being serviced this morning. Depending on how quickly repairs can be completed, some appointments may need to be rescheduled.

The safety and comfort of the pets in our care is always our top priority, and we appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Cancellation fees wills not be applied if we reschedule.

I want to thank those of you who have already filled out your policy agreements and added cards on file. If you haven’t already and we have sent the link, PLEASE do so before your appointment, as it is a requirement. If you haven’t received one, let us know and we will send it over. I hate to even enforce this but, it is also a part of running a small business and could even speed up check out times! Also as a side note, payment must be made by the end of business day on the day of your appointment unless otherwise discussed. I know a lot send money through Venmo, PayPal or CashApp and sometimes forget, but it’s getting harder for me to track down late payments and keep up with income and payroll if tickets aren’t paid on time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation! 🐾

Update: the mass text apparently didn’t work so we are going through and sending them individually for those with appointments booked. Bare with us! ❤️

A text will be coming through shortly with the Policy Agreement link, please fill these out prior to your appointment and if you don’t have an active card on file please call so we can add it. This is now required so if not completed your appointment will be cancelled. If you are not a current client, please ignore. It was the easiest way to send to everyone. Thank you! 🐾

Hey everyone! 💛

Over the next week, I will be sending out updated policy forms for all clients to review and sign. As part of this update, we will also be requiring a card to be kept on file for all appointments.

This card will only be charged in the event of last-minute cancellations or no-shows, and the fee will be 50% of the scheduled service.

I completely understand that life happens, and please know that emergencies and certain situations will always be taken into consideration before any charge is made.

Thank you all so much for your understanding and support. This is our livelihood, and when appointments are missed or canceled last minute, it is extremely difficult to fill those spots on short notice, which directly impacts the business and our team.

We truly appreciate each and every one of you for helping us continue to do what we love every day! 🐾🤍
