📢 Important Policy Update – Please Read
To continue providing the best care for every pet and to keep my schedule running smoothly, I will be implementing a late drop-off and late pick-up fee effective immediately.
When your pet’s groom is nearing completion, I begin my finishing work (final brushing, trimming, bandanas/bows, photos, etc.), which typically takes around 20 minutes. After notifying you that your pet is ready, I allow an additional 45 minutes for pick-up.
Unfortunately, due to repeated instances of clients arriving significantly late without any communication, I have no choice but to implement the following policy for all clients:
🐾 Late Drop-Off:
If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment without calling or texting, a $1 per minute late fee will be applied. Depending on how late you are, I may not have enough time to complete your pet’s groom and may need to reschedule.
🐾 Late Pick-Up:
Once you have been notified that your pet is ready, you will have 45 minutes to pick them up. After that grace period, a $1 per minute late fee will begin until your pet is picked up.
I completely understand that life happens. If you’re running behind, all I ask is that you communicate with me. A quick call or text goes a long way, and I will always do my best to work with you when possible.
These policies aren’t meant to be punitive—they’re in place to respect my time, my schedule, and every client who arrives on time. Thank you to everyone who values and respects my business. Your support means more than you know. ❤️
