Preparing for the AKC junior hunt test. Planted 4 chukars for Angie. As we walked into the field, I saw one fly away. She pointed the other 3 and retrieved them including the one that started to run away!

Wow, if Angie keeps doing this well in the water, maybe we do have a chance to try for the NAVHDA Gun Dog Test!! Gave her a duck bumper to fetch from the water. Maybe she can teach Aubrie to swim.

We have had some nice sunny days and there is enough water in the creek from runoff that I’ve been letting Angie play and swim. She is getting comfortable and ready for a bumper.

The work on whoa training was going very slow, so added the e-collar on vibrate along with the command. Then added the ‘whoa post’. She is a little hesitant, but getting there.
