In love with this property. Set up with all of the horse amentities you would need, even a practice race track at one time. Private spring with water the way God intended water to be. Everytime I have been to this property I have seen pheasants, deer, and elk. Pond and the Bear River allow you to fish everyday on your own property. And the name speaks for itself, located in Paradise, UT.
