Due to staff illness we will be closed tomorrow, Saturday December 20th. Our kennel staff will still be caring for our boarding dogs, but we will not have open office hours. Thank you so much for your understanding and flexibility.

This Saturday the 30th of August we will not be open for our regular Saturday office hours. If you need to pick up Meds/food/etc, Try to do so by Friday! Otherwise, we will see you on Tuesday August 2nd after Labor Day! Enjoy your holiday weekend.

The Job:

"Do I need Rabies vaccines or Flea and Tick prevention if I have an indoor-only cat?"

Yes! Bats, which may carry Rabies can enter our houses either by accident or to take shelter. Also, If you or a visitor to your home is bitten, and your cat is unvaccinated, your cat would need to be quarantined for 10 days in a veterinary facility, which can be costly and stressful for your kitty.

Fleas and Flea eggs may travel into your house on clothes, shoes, or other pets that may go in and out. Also, here in Wisconsin our weather can change quickly and Fleas and Ticks may be present even in winter!

Starlight Veterinary Clinic is looking for a compassionate, hardworking certified veterinary technician with integrity. The pay will be $25.50 per hour for a minimum of 30 hours per week maximum of 36 hours per week; Additional benefits included.
We are also looking for a veterinary assistant with experience or is open to learning; If you have a strong desire to go on to CVT school tuition assistance is available.
