Having 50+ years in the industry (60+ combined), we’ve seen many different approaches within the pet care indu

stry, from the promising to the disappointing. We determined long ago, through ongoing careful deliberation and education achievements, that we would ever pursue to establish superlative care for pets. Through certifications and other advanced education efforts (such as pursuing master’s level certification); through attending seminars; and through supplemental resources, like first aid and CPR, obedience training, competitions, etc., we are determined to provide you with reliable, professional, informed, and progressive service. With an appreciation for the art and tradition of grooming and pet care, we never lose focus on our main purpose: the well-being of your pet. All of the knowledge in the world on pet care is lost if it’s not implemented with heart and soul. The word “pet,” as we understand it, describes a family member who is merely of a different species. Pets can sometimes be the only family one has. Therefore, we understand that your pet deserves diligent, attentive service. Well, I don't usually post my rants but this situation has really got me mad! Had to call Brightspeed this past Thursday about a problem with the shop phone. Talked with a young man for a bit, then he offered a plan Brightspeed had that was like the one I still had from Century Link. Told me what the cost was, which was a good bit cheaper than what I was paying, so I said sure! Wanted me to also change my internet, but I said no (thank goodness).
Well I have called Brightspeed 7 times since Thursday about my voice mail. I have no voice mail on my shop phone! I have been given all these numbers to access the vm to set it, which I can do, but when you call the shop the vm doesn't pick up! Please tell me why?! I get different people and I truly think they just put me on hold. I have a hard time understanding everyone of them because they are ALL internationals with heavy accents. Nothing against internationals, I just have a hard time understanding them. The lady tonight, I truly believe, just hung up. She said she could see where I had called several times. She had my call- back number (my cell) and never called back which is why I think she just disconnected our call.
Why do we keep allowing these companies; Ballad, Brightspeed, all the mergers keep coming, absorbing these companies and giving us the worst service and no one is protecting us? I checked Brightspeed's reviews, highest was 1.4! UPS 1.2. Enough is enough!
So-o-o if you call my shop, I'm sorry, no vm. If you have my cell just call me on that.
