The Blountstown Office is Now Hiring for a Full Time Veterinary Receptionist. Hours are Monday-Friday 8am to 530pm Every Other Saturday 9-1 pm. Pay is based on experience. Please send all resumes to [email protected].
Job Description:
Open/close clinic
Welcome clients, Answer incoming calls professional and route calls to staff as needed.
Handle emergency cases appropriately keeping clients calm.
Schedule appointments appropriately based on time and staff availability.
Take payment and update records , notify clients when due for immunization.
Must be able to operate a computer/ windows/veterinary software/ answer emails ect.

Critter Care BT will only be open from 9-12 Monday the 7th in observance of Labor Day. For the Month of September we will also offer $10 Rabies Vaccine, $50 Feline neuter and $75 Feline Spay.

If you have health concerns and wish to pick up your pets prescription please call 24 hour in advance and prepay before picking up at the clinic a staff member will bring them outside to your vehicle. If your pet needs medical attention and you do not wish to wait in the lobby please call a head for an appointment, and a staff member will walk you in to the side door.
