DOCK DIVING RIG CLASS

Does your dog love dock diving and you've always wanted to try Fetch It/Air Retrieve/Vertical/Speed Retrieve/Hydro Dash, etc?

If so, this is the class for you! What do all of those games have in common? They are all rig-work games! In this class we'll help to teach your dog how rigs work, how to pull the bumper off of them and to gain confidence as they go!

This class is for dogs who are already confidently jumping off the dock (no hesitation). Past that- all levels are welcome, from brand new to teams who want to work on improving their game, we can do it all! We usually only offer this class once per summer, so nab your spot while you can!

When: Thursdays June 12-26, 2025

If you're coming for events or classes please note that there is construction on Hwy 12. If you're coming from 15 you'll be fine but 12 is closed from Hwy 3 in Cokato to Hwy 15 West of Dassel. This closure will last until at least mid August I think. Please plan accordingly!

Due to the crazy demand we've added another MONDAY NIGHT dock class. This is for teams of all levels- brand new to seasoned pro- we'll help you out at whatever level you're at!

K9 Frisbee League!!

We are looking for a few more teams to join us for our next round of K9 Disc League! Does your dog like to play frisbee? Are you looking for a fun activity to do w/your pup once a week? If so, disc league could be for you!

What is K9 Frisbee League: We are a group of dog fanciers who meet up weekly to throw frisbees for our dogs. We meet at Whispering Echos Farm in Cokato (by the High School). The disc field is fully fenced and only one dog is on the field at a time. Pending on the round, handlers get two either 60 second, or 90 second rounds to score as many points as possible. Points are scored based on how far the dog is away from you when they catch the disc, and bonus points are available if they catch the disc w/all 4 paws off the ground!

League runs for 5 weeks (then normally takes a 2 week break and starts up w/a new round). We meet on SUNDAYS at 3pm. The next round will run June 8- July 6. League fees are due on week 3 and it's $15/dog for the entire 5 week play.

Groups from all over the globe play weekly and stats are compiled weekly as well. At the end of the season participants each receive custom patches for their involvement!

All levels are welcome and dogs can wear long lines if you'd prefer (although the field is fully fenced). Both throws and rollers are accepted (but you have to choose one and stick w/it through the 5 weeks). All breeds and ages are welcome, but please make safe and smart choices w/very young dogs. ;-)

DOCK DIVING CLASS
This class is appropriate for teams at all levels, from brand new to seasoned, each team will work at whatever level they are at.

RIG WORK CLASS
This is for teams who are confidently jumping off the dock and want to work on rig games (vertical, fetch it/air retrieve, hydro dash/speed retrieve, etc). Teams of all levels are welcome to attend, but dogs MUST be confidently jumping off the dock (no hesitation).

GUESS WHAT, GUYS!?!? The POOL IS OPEN!!

Yay!!! Welcome to the 2025 Pool Season! In celebration of a summer of swimming fun, we are offering a DOCK DIVING FUN DAY!!!

When: Sunday, June 15, 2025
Time: 12-3pm(ish)
Limit: 10 teams
Cost: $75/dog

Our highly popular Dock Diving Fun Day is back for 2025! These are mini dock seminars where teams of all levels can come and play in the pool. Each team will get 3 mini sessions with our instructors and we'll work on whatever you'd like in that time. If your dog is brand new to the pool, that's awesome! If you're dog is a seasoned pro and you want some additional input, that's what we're here for! (use this as a great training experience for the summer's upcoming outdoor dock events!) All levels, all ages, and all breeds welcome!

We'll follow the dock diving fun day w/an open UKC Agility Fun Day as well. We'll have an UKC agility course set and teams can work on the their agility skills. Teams can run the course/work sequences as much as they'd like. This is for teams who are proficient in agility already as no instruction will be provided. UKC does have some "different" equipment (although not as much as before, obstacles such as the sway bridge, swing plank, etc are no longer). This will be a great way to prep for our upcoming summer UKC agility trials as well! The UKC Agility Fun Day will follow the dock fun day, starting around 3pm and going until about 4:30pm or so (every team will get as much time as they want- no worries there). This event will be $15/dog.

Disc Dog Seminar with Mark Faragoi!!

That's right, we're bringing Mark back to Minnesota for a day of disc do**in' fun. Our one day seminar will focus on all things throwing! Technique, why the disc flies the way it does, distance, grips and more. Each team will get one on one coaching from Mark throughout the day; this will be followed up with a little mock Toss 'n Fetch round. We'll spend the last hour of the seminar briefly touching on freestyle- what it is, how to get started, etc.

Mark is a 3x Pro Plan Incredible Dog Challenge Flying Disc Champion as well as a Skyhoundz Freestyle World Champion and an AWI Toss 'n Catch World Champion! He's been throwing plastic for a LONG time and he's ready to share his tricks. This would be a GREAT seminar for teams looking to improve their toss 'n catch games or league points!

Seminar will be held at Whispering Echos Farm in Cokato, MN on our fully fenced, 100x200' sport field. Seminar will run 12-5pmish. Cost is $50/dog, or $25/audit (no dog).

Novice/Rally

- This class will focus on teams who have completed beginning obedience and are wanting to build on those skills through teams who are getting ready to compete in pre novice/beginner novice/novice obedience. This class will also work on some Rally 1 and Novice Rally!

Open:
- When: Tuesdays, May 20- June 24, 2025
- Time: 7:30-8:15pm
- Limit: 6 teams (2 spots remain)
- This class is for teams working on Grad Novice, Open and Grad Open.

- This class will be working on sequences and running courses. Dogs should have a good understanding of all equipment. We'll incorporate UKC equipment as well.

Come join us at the farm for the first dock event of 2025 AND our first UKC agility event of 2025! We've even lowered our entry prices a little bit because we want to thank you all for your support and help encourage new folks to give UKC a try! Agility will run first thing in the morning on our fully fenced, 100x200' sport field. Dock will start no earlier then 2pm and at least 30 mins after agility finishes- so no need to worry about conflicts! Come spend a fun and relaxing weekend in the country
