Fall is one of the best times of the year to ride, and we're excited to welcome both new and returning riders to Double Bs Training Center!

⭐ Interested in Joining Our YEDA Team?
We're also looking for riders interested in becoming part of our Youth Equestrian Development Association (YEDA) team!

YEDA is an incredible opportunity for riders in 4th–12th grade and Adults from beginners to advanced, to compete, learn, and grow as equestrians. Best of all, you do not need to own a horse to participate! YEDA focuses on developing riding skills while promoting sportsmanship, education, teamwork, leadership, and scholarship opportunities through competitions, clinics, and networking events.

Ohio State Fair 2026 is officially in the books. These kids came to show and man did they knock it out of the arena. So proud of every kid that stalled with us!🏆

☀️ HEAT WAVE LESSON UPDATE☀️

With this week's temperatures expected to bring dangerously high heat indexes, we're making a few adjustments to our lesson schedule to keep both our horses and riders safe. It is possible during your lesson time we might not be able to ride but will be able to work on many other important skills. Double B's Training Center believes our horses' health and well-being is our first priority.

Throughout the week, lessons will focus primarily on building valuable unmounted horsemanship skills that every rider should develop. There may still be opportunities to ride if conditions allow, but most lesson time will be spent learning hands-on skills such as:

-Showmanship and proper horse handling
-In-hand trail obstacles
-Grooming and daily horse care
-Tack fitting, bridling, and equipment knowledge
-Horse management and stable skills

Some of the most important lessons happen on the ground.

If this information or the heat will prevent you or your child from attending, we completely understand. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to miss your lesson time.
