🚨We are HIRING a part time receptionist with veterinary field experience! 🚨

In this position you will:

• answer phone calls and handle high call volume
• handle check ins/check out
• process payments
• greet clients
• go over billing if needed
• schedule appointments
• assist veterinarians or technicians if warranted
• update patient records
• review any records client presents
• handle medication pick ups
• go over medication instructions
• be team oriented
• handle fast paced environment
• multitask
