Good morning everybody!! I just wanted to let everybody know that I’m back on social media! And I have a lot of content 😍
I stepped back since July because of Comcast not coming out and fixing a problem with us not receiving your phone calls, and our Internet dropping.
I heard from clients all the time that they called and called even leaving messages. There was an angel driving a Comcast bucket truck a few days ago! He actually stopped by on his way out of Meldrim just because he wanted to randomly check the pole outside, just to do it. He told me he had no work order and they have never received one even though it’s Comcast’s policy to not let a business be down for more than 4 hours. I believe, The problem came from Comcast NOT seeing a problem on their end in their system, but fact there was one. A HUGE ONE!!! They may have been canceling the order before coming out. I called more than 100 times they just kept sending regular technicians who would all say the same thing that the problem is on the pole and they’re sending a bucket truck that never came. A total of 6 technicians physically came here, but could not work on the pole only the house. I’m currently looking for the right attorney to receive damages back

For months now people have been trying to get in touch with us, even leaving voicemails! Please know that it has always been a big big thing for me to never miss a call not even one during business hours, I come from a family of business owners and I know how important answering the phone for your clients or customers is. Please know if you were not able to get through or left a message and did not receive a call back. We never received anything. The problem was found and fixed, and I now know the things to look for, and hopefully if it ever happens in the future, I know what to do. Unfortunately I am not able to go with another provider due to the metal roof and metal siding. I have tried 4 other providers and a signal cannot breakthrough the metal around us. Cell phones cannot even operate inside without being connected to Wi-Fi.

Sadly, Paws to the Wall, LLC has not yet recovered from the very untrue rumors of me, not returning to Grooming after my surgery earlier this year in February.
I will be forced to take a second job offer, leaving me on the salon’s schedule only 3-4 days a week. Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and every other Saturday will be my days for Grooming.
Also, the pole outside was struck by lightning and has caused our Internet to turn on and off since July, so I don’t even know if we’re getting all of our calls and I cannot get any help from Comcast, literally I’ve been fighting and fighting and fighting. All they do is send a technician out Then the technician tells me that the problem is on the pole and that a bucket truck is coming between three and five hours from then and they never show up. This is how I’ve been treated by Comcast since July. I’m just taking everything day by day and trying to keep my head up. If you are somebody that has been trying to get in touch with us. I hate that this happened right when I found the best Salon Assistant/Grooming Apprentice I have ever had. Ms. Necole is exactly what this business, our clients, and myself needed for the last 3 years. It was a great struggle for many reasons. Ms. Necole will remain Full-Time with no changes to her schedule.

If you would like to see me stay full-time, I am asking all of our amazing loyal clients to Please spread the word about us, let people know what we represent, our set up here, and how we are a little different, where the dogs have a great time And an overall good experience. Let them know about our New Client FREE Nail Grinding (1 pet per family) or our new Economy Grooming special for Haircuts for any dog or any cat no limits.

My last announcement is something to look forward to after I get a few social media and tech lessons… 😂
I will be starting a new channel or TikTok called “ThatHonestGroomer”
I will be:
Teaching people different things that I have learned over the years about the Grooming Industry.
Different tips and tricks you can do at home
Things that people don’t usually know that is extremely helpful to know
My personal experiences after going into business in this industry & how it has effected me, my relationships, and my life as a whole
My experiences and of course, my opinions
Grooming & The Salon LIVE

This will be told to everyone by my Pipe Welder/Dog Mom side.

So happy Ms. Necole is here Full Time Now!  She is great with the dogs  and they love her so much!! She has the best customer service skills ive ever seen! AND SHE CAN GROOM SO GOOD ALREADY!! She is my apprentice now, but I know one day she will turn out being the all around BEST! She has been here 6 months but Full Time almost 2 month!  I would’ve given anything to have her here when I first moved!! It’s been tough on me!  You never know who you’re really hiring, who you’re allowing in your business. With Ms. Necole being here I now enjoy coming to work again! If anything happened that you were dissatisfied with at a prior visit,  please give me a call and give me your feedback! Thank Yall!! I’m not paying any mind to the recent lies and harassment on me and the business online. It’s not the first time they have done this and as long as im doing good here, im sure it wont be the last time. The ones who started it are the same ones every time. I’m just going to keep on doing my best and loving on all the fur babies. I have a lot of great clients that knows the truth. People know what kind of experience they have here. And it is not what they have said. Unfortunately, I can’t screen everyone that comes here and I take everybody, so I don’t know who is mentally ill or bad people.
