Finally doing it guys!!! I was a dog trainer at Petco for 8 wonderful years. Which has given me the opportunity to worked with thousands of dogs of all ages and sizes. Now as a first time mom that wanted to bring my work closer to home. Im excited to announce the positive reinforcement training and dog walking services I offer.
A training session is a hour long that can be held at the comfort of your own home or in a public setting. In that time I always like to see how the pet parent and dog interact. Not only am I training the dog, but the owner as well because it's a two way street. I can't stress enough that I always want to keep the training session fun and educational. The training method I use consist of praise, treats, and toys as rewards. Each lesson is personally crafted to reach your goal together with your dog......yes there will be homework and yes I do check ✔ Plus I can go over fun DIY toys, treats, and games to play.
My goal for when I'm walking a dog is to make sure they know they are a rockstar that's going to have a field day. The visit is anywhere from 30-45 minutes that consist of a good walk, a lot of praise, petting session and/or a game of fetch. Everyone dog is different so the visit is customizable to guaranteed wagging tails.
Now I'm starting from scratch again so just offering private lessons and dog walking. I can travel within reason for lessons. Please private message me for approved locations for dog walking. I hope to be able to offer group lessons again once I find a proper location. I will be offering pack walks again where we meet up with the dogs to fun location for friendly walks.
