Ridgetop Farms Beef Cattle, 4-H Rabbits, Eggs Herefords & Salers: no antibiotics or steroids, pasture raised. Rabbits meet 4-H requirements and have placed well in the past.

Sold as inspected freezer beef, 1/4, 1/2 or whole steers.

4-H Rabbits: Mini-Rex, Lionhead, Lop-Eared - not registerd but well kept records. Rabbits are exercised and rotated daily between cages and grass pens. Chickens & Ducks are free range and happy! Eggs!! $2.00/dozen

For those of with a more refined taste I've got heart, liver, and tongue$4.00/lb. I've also got soup bones I'll let go for $5 per bag. Sorting through things this morning found some Chuck roast in good shape but have a little age on them I'll let go of for $4/lb. Plenty of hamburger, Rump roast, and minute steaks available as well. Got the big freezer moved, defrosted and cleaned so I'll be restocked on steaks with an updated price and availability list. We are going on vacation shortly so if you wish to stock up get a hold of us. Good luck to the 4Hers and everyone have a great week.

Today we flipped thr fence and moved the goats on down the line. They have been somewhat neglected the last couple weeks while I was doing battle with the round baler. The were happy to see us and did some great job on this thicket. Green briars, blackberry, Asian honeysuckle, Russian Olive, Wild Grape, and Honey Locust were all on t he menu.

Took the steeds out to Hoosier National Forest for a day last week. For ranch hand number one it was her first trail ride riding on her own. White did really well. Blackie on the other hand has a fear of mud. I'm not sure if she thinks the swamp thing is going to jump up and get her or if she is afraid of getting her toenails dirty. Ranch hand #2 rode double.
