We had an interesting case here at BAH yesterday. Can you guess the diagnosis from the x-ray?
Bladder stones (uroliths) can be caused by urinary tract infections, unbalanced diet, chronic dehydration or genetics. Surgery to remove the stones (cystotomy) was successful and the patient should be feeling much better soon! Photo of the stones post surgery in the comments, warning β οΈ there is some blood because of how irritated the bladder wall was from all those stones.
