Happy Tuesday all.
Tomorrow's store opening,
Chicken eggs will be limited, come as store opens if you want Chicken eggs.

Are there anyone interested in quail eggs?
I have quail eggs if you're interested, comment if you do.

I want to give a shout out to F.C. Collins for giving me 3 laying hens. Aren't they beautiful? Thank you Mr Collins.

Also, for anyone who wanted Lorelei's basil plants you're out of luck, I brought them up to the farm store so it would be easier with all my Dr. Appointments when I went up yesterday the plants were dead. I know a few of ya'll were getting some not sure if you did. But anyway.

Little Lucy, is doing good. She has a vet appointment Thursday morning. She keeps me busy that's for sure. She keeps the chickens on their toes. ( I guess chickens have toes) lol.
She is a mama's girl.

Nothing but the best at the Cafe

Hello Friends, Open 11am-7pm Tue-Sat!

As you know, we were featured on ABR quite awhile ago, I finally have the video released and will be sharing for your enjoyment the full video, Unedited, and to release next week! This has been a long dream of mine to be featured here, and finally I have it done, consider this one on my bucket list!

All the dishes featured in the video will be available in September and October on Saturday Nights, along with our free shrimp Saturdays, so you can enjoy what I work hard on every year!

I hope you will enjoy the video as much as I enjoyed making it!
Release day is next Monday at same time I usually release my menus, About 5pm!

Helping those out in the Copperhill basin area the floods took out bridges culverts and fences just a few pics of repairs just so residents can get out and in finally with having to walk or stomp thru mud, we will post the finished work later this week .. now I’ve just heard my brother’s area in Indiana has been hit hard with flooding… we might be loading up to go help him if needed and his community…A1 Ag is a division of 7M Farms fully licensed insured and bonded

Good morning all, the rains are starting to create issues with crops

When it’s stays wet and humid fungus starts forming, most who commercial farm now starts spraying the harsh chemicals.. so be ware of what a who you buy from … know your source ask questions on what’s being sprayed so you know what you are eating … just don’t be fooled, if their the grower / farmer they should tell you what their using then you decide after researching if that’s what you want to feed your family, using restricted chemicals which means your supposed to have a license to spray … they’re are strict procedures for spraying and how long you have to wait before harvesting … this is just some information on those who don’t grow naturally….

The store is open Wednesdays thru Fridays 10:30-3 Saturdays 10-2

We are taking bulk canning orders still for another 4 to 5 weeks …supply’s are limited so put your orders in asap !
