Deposit required to hold the animal you have chosen.
And at any point after you have made a deposit, and you decide you do not want the animal the deposit is not refundable. All sales are final at time of pick up. 

And it is my responsibility to ensure that the animal that I am selling is going to a good home and it is my responsibility to make sure that you have all of the supplies necessary to care for the animal properly.

The health of the animal is guarantee to the best of my ability at time of pick up and while in my care, after it is in your care I cannot guarantee the health of the animal it is your responsibility to care for, and to keep healthy.

Make sure you do your research before taking on the responsibility of caring for the animal that you have chosen and to make sure it is a good fit for you and your family.

And it is my right to deny any sales if I feel as if the animal is not going to be taken care of properly and is not going to have a good home it is my responsibility to make sure that my animal have the best possible life with their new family.
