Sweet Ella is looking for her forever home. She is a registered 4 year old paint mare. She will need another EPM treatment to see how she will respond. Then she may need one every year, she may need one every 5 years...we have no idea. She hasn't been given the best cards in life, but she is full of life. She is a big girl, probably 16.3 hands. She came from a very neglectful situation in California, so she gets really anxious with food. She is not mean to other horses with feed - just will circle you if you are in the pen with her. Please send me a message if you are interested in giving her a loving home. She gets along with mares and geldings. She has a small hernia - she is not a good candidate for surgery. She truly is a pasture pet...love on her and she will love on you 🥰

Sweet Ella came to us recently and needs our help. After a vet assessment, she needs hernia surgery however is not a good candidate for surgery currently due to her neurological status. She first needs to undergo another round of EPM treatment to see if we can get her more neurological sound to be able to get surgery. We need your help to accomplish all of this.
